Fractured tibia

On Tuesday I slipped down our front wet steps while holding Sophia. I only slipped down a couple but managed to get some major black and blue marks on myself and Sophia somehow fractured her foot. She actually took her nap as normal and we only discovered the fracture after she woke up. A quick x ray at the clinic and then she was wrapped in a splint. Wednesday we headed into Fargo to the doctor. He said they would continue to keep a splint on and we would need to come back next week for another x ray. Childrens bones heal quickly and I'm hoping to be done with this experience next week. I'm very thankful they didn't put a cast on as we can take off the splint and give her a bath. She has figured out how to crawl but we do a lot of laying around and watching Elmo or VeggieTales.
