New Ride

Sophia's been living it up in her infant car seat while I've been frantically searching for the next size up. Safety ratings are important but it also needs to look cute too! I mean this thing is going to be in our car for years. So I finally came across one that rated very well and that I thought would pass the style test. Then I read that the name of the print was Sophia Ann. Ok, that car seat was calling out to us. I ordered it up online and then waited for it to arrive. Of course it arrived less than an hour before Sophia had her one year checkup. Definitely not enough time for me to read the book and figure out how to get it in my vehicle. So she rode her last ride in her infant seat to her appointment, the grocery store and then to pick the kids up from the school Halloween party. I found out at her appointment that she weighs 20 lbs 2 oz. The nurse said that she is just a little pixie. The doctor said she looked perfect and to just keep doing whatever I'm already doing. That makes a mom feel good. So here she is sitting on her "new ride" and enjoying her new seat for the first time.
